Our patients benefit from a carefully managed appointment system, in which our clinicians thoroughly assess how much time is needed for a given task, in order to ensure that the patient has a comfortable and calm experience.

We usually make your next appointment before you leave, so that it can be scheduled into your diary or your phone, as well as ours, at a time that is mutually convenient. We use a text reminding service for all your appointments, which our patients using mobiles have found to be most helpful. We can also send a postal reminder for your 6 monthly check up as an alternative, to those who prefer not to use mobiles. However, it must remain the patient’s responsibility to remember to attend and patients should always take a note of their next appointment as, sadly, we may still have to make a charge for repeated missed appointments.
It should be noted that although we can send reminders by text message, this is not a two way service at the moment and we would still ask you to let us know by phone if you are unable to attend, as unfortunately we do not have the ability to receive cancellations by text.
We will always try to offer an appointment within 24 hours if you have an accident or a severe dental problem, which has appeared suddenly. However, it is expected that patients will try to be flexible in this matter, as our clinicians try very hard not to interrupt their time with patients already scheduled in their diary. Sometimes it may also be necessary to see another one of our dentists, who will of course do their utmost to help with your problem, if your own dentist is not available. Non urgent problems will be given the next available appointment and we also hold a cancellation list so that patients who can come at short notice, may be contacted and invited to attend sooner.
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm, except Bank Holidays.
Saturday 8 am to 1pm
Our friendly and knowledgeable reception staff are also available from 8.30 am Monday to Friday and most Saturdays from 8.00am. An answering machine is available outside these times, should you wish to leave a message for our reception staff.
We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel or re-arrange and appointment, but kindly request 24 hours notice if it is at all possible (however, any notice at all is also appreciated), so that the time saved in a clinicians diary especially for you, can hopefully be then effectively used for another patient.
Should our registered patients have a need for help outside these times, please call the number above and a clear message will offer the help you need. Remember, if you are in our membership plan, you have the benefit of access to emergency private dental cover worldwide, which is included in your monthly membership fees.
